The owners wanted a well-crafted, durable home that would stand up to Mount Maunganui’s sometimes harsh coastal conditions, and their brief to the architect was clear - “quality of finish is paramount”.
With a spectacular ocean view and the prospect of family and friends piling in, they wanted to create a haven with beautiful indoor/outdoor flow throughout and plenty of cosy areas to relax in.
The result was a multi award-winning, superbly crafted contemporary home that exceeded the client’s expectations and will stand the test of time.
