This project in Mt Victoria, Wellington, posed a challenge of combining a contemporary extension with a classic villa. Studio Pacific was commissioned to renovate the existing pre-1900s two-storey villa and add a contemporary living pavilion, all the while balancing a desire for contemporary space with the heritage fabric of the original structure.
Moth Light was engaged to provide lighting solutions, and the simple and subtle products selected work harmoniously with the old and the new spaces.
