Richie Rail 18 is a unique illuminated handrail system. Hollow wall brackets conceal the power supply to the LED strip, and the low voltage input makes the handrail safe to touch. The innovative sliding wall brackets allow minimal power feeds to the LED strip for simple installation. Richie Rail 18 is suitable for use on residential and commercial stairs and thoroughfares including accessible routes and urban spaces. The extrusion is designed to be used with various timber profiles and timber types.

Material: Timber of your choice, 316 stainless steel wall bracket, marine-grade extruded aluminium, polycarbonate diffuser.
Power Supply: 24V DC – remote driver options ranging from 6W up to 320W.
Dimming: Various options available including Casambi, DALI, 0-10V, DMX – please enquire.

All LED strip lumen values mentioned in the tables below refer to source lumens (bare LED strip). Losses through diffuser/profile are not represented. Please consult photometric data for delivered lumen values.

Please note that for dimmable applications, our LED strips should be used with dimming controllers or drivers with a PWM frequency of 2000Hz or less in order to maintain warranty.
