System Bollard

These luminaire heads from our modular system bollard range emit a fully shielded, rotationally symmetrical uniform light 360° around the installation point – ideal for the illumination of footpaths, surfaces, and driveways. Their optimised design eliminates dark shadows in the immediate vicinity of the bollard tube. The elegantly designed edge blends seamlessly with the surroundings of the bollard and at the same time ensures a uniform light distribution.

Developed specifically for directing the light onto the targeted area, these Dark Sky luminaires emit less than 1% of their luminous flux into the bollard’s upper half-space – an important contribution to the protection of the night sky and the reduction of light pollution.

We deliver these luminaires optionally with BEGA BugSaver® technology, which controls the colour temperature in a range between 3000 and 1800 Kelvin (amber light with significantly reduced blue light component) for additional environmental protection in natural surroundings.
